Frequently Asked Questions

  • We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice for all orders so we are able to ensure you get the best flowers available. Most orders are placed 3-9 months before the wedding day, but it’s never too early!

  • While we are happy to hear your preferences to see if we can make it happen, we do not guarantee any specific flowers. Since local and seasonal blooms change from week to week it’s best to keep flower choices flexible. We do our best to create stunning florals that fit with your vision and colors, but keep seasonally appropriate.

  • Not at this time. We have built our a la cart items to cater to clients who wish to avoid extra costs and maximize their budget on their wedding day. We do recommend having a plan for careful transport. All items will be packaged and ready for easy transport.

  • Preparation and sourcing for events begins several weeks before the event date. For this reason, cancellation for a full refund must be made no less than 30 days from the event date.

  • Yes! You are welcome to keep all purchased items. Please do keep in mind that event florals are carefully managed to ensure that are at their peak at the time of the event. For this reason, they will not last as long a s a retail floral arrangement would be expected to last.

  • There is no minimum for our a la cart weddings!
